Driving Youth Entrepreneurship in Uganda: The Role of CYE Uganda
Established in April 2018, the Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs Uganda (CYE Uganda) is a dynamic private initiative dedicated to cultivating a robust entrepreneurial spirit among the nation’s youth. Recognizing that over 77% of Uganda’s population is under 30, CYE Uganda strategically harnesses this demographic advantage. The Chamber provides essential platforms that facilitate innovation, foster invaluable networking, and catalyze business expansion for young entrepreneurs across various sectors. Through its consistent engagement in monthly forums, impactful annual summits, and the cultivation of strategic partnerships, CYE Uganda has rapidly emerged as a central and influential player within Uganda’s burgeoning entrepreneurial landscape.
