Leadership Structure

CYE Uganda operates with a streamlined and dedicated leadership structure designed to maximize efficiency and impact:

  • Chairman: Provides strategic oversight and represents the Chamber at high-level engagements.
  • Chief Executive Officer: Responsible for overall operations and execution of strategic objectives.
  • Programs Director: Oversees the development and implementation of all entrepreneurial programs.
  • Partnerships & Innovation Lead: Drives collaborations and fosters a culture of innovation within the Chamber.
  • Marketing & Communications Officer: Manages brand presence, outreach, and member engagement.
  • Finance & Administration Officer: Ensures sound financial management and efficient administrative processes.
  • Regional Coordinators: Lead and support Chamber activities across different regions of Uganda.
  • Volunteers & Interns: Provide essential support and gain valuable experience within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
